三、岗位要求
- 学历专业：2026届本科及以上毕业生为主，往届生亦可投递；优先考虑新闻、传媒、大众传播等相关专业。
- 核心能力：具备出色的中英文沟通与新闻报道调研能力，可熟练完成中英文书面及口语翻译，偶尔需提供实时翻译支持。
- 工作素养：能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队协作能力；思维灵活有创意，可协助团队挖掘原创、有吸引力的新闻选题，适配全球受众需求及数字、社交媒体平台内容形式。
- 其他要求：可配合出差，能适应灵活工作时间，以满足新闻截稿及突发新闻报道需求；仅限中国公民（因签证认证/工作许可相关规定）。
- 试用期：成功入职后需经历2个月试用期。

五、岗位详情（English Version）
BBC News Beijing Bureau
BBC World News Content is looking for a news assistant to work in its Beijing Bureau.
The successful candidate will support our team covering a range of stories in China.
You will be expected to monitor local news and social media sites and translate interviews.
Excellent research and communications skills are essential for the position. You will be expected to provide written and spoken translations into English and on occasion provide real time translation.
You will have the ability to work independently as well as to integrate and work as part of a larger team.
You will be expected to think creatively and support the teams to foster original, creative and engaging ideas that translate into compelling stories across all platforms. You will have an understanding of the type of stories that work for a global audience, along with an understanding of formats that engage audiences for digital and social output. The role may include assisting in producing stories.
The position is based in Beijing. You will be expected to travel to support teams in their reporting. You will be required to work flexible hours in order to meet deadline and breaking news demands.
Please note that due to visa accreditation/work permit reasons, this job is only open to Chinese nationals.
The successful applicant will be expected to work a probation period of 2 months.
